Tennessee recruiting: Vols make top 12 for 4-star Carter

One of Tennessee’s top in-state targets announced his top 12 schools on Thursday.

Boo Carter, a four-star prospect in the class of 2024, released his top 12 schools via Twitter.

To no one’s surprise, Tennessee is included in Carter’s top 12. Carter also has Clemson, Michigan State, Jackson State, Penn State, Ole Miss, Michigan, Oregon, Miami, Kentucky, LSU, and Arizona State in his top 12.

Carter is ranked as the No. 34 athlete in the class of 2024.

The Tennessee target was on campus to watch the Volunteers upset Alabama on Saturday.

The 5-foot-10 and 184-pound was also in Knoxville for Tennessee’s victory against Florida.

Following his visit on Saturday, Carter received a “crystal ball” from Steve Wiltfrong, projecting the junior would commit to Tennessee.

Carter recently made waves on Tennessee fans’ twitter, as the prospect was sporting Tennessee gear as he played in one of his high school games.

Carter attends Chattanooga Christian School in Chattanooga.
