Does Tennessee football loss in production matter?

An article by Bill Connelly on ESPN+ notes that Tennessee football is in the bottom half of the nation in terms of returning production, down at No. 69. Is that a big deal for the Vols this year? Their offense was down at No. 96, which makes sense given the fact that they are replacing their quarterback and top receiver.
