Tennessee has landed another commitment in the class of 2023.
Vyson Lang – a three-star offensive lineman – verbally committed to the Volunteers on Friday on his Instagram account on Tuesday evening.
Lang chose Tennessee over Texas, Auburn, and LSU.
“I was lazy,” Lang said as he spoke about his growth into a top prospect. “I turned it around…If I can do it, you can do it.”
The 6-foot-4, 335-pound offensive lineman was in Knoxville on an official visit to witness Tennessee’s victory against Florida. Tennessee extended Lang a scholarship offer in February.
Josh Heupel and his staff obviously made a lasting impression on the lineman. Scott Wiltfrong of Rivals247 gave a “crystal ball” prediction for Lang, projecting him to Tennessee.
Lang attends Pike Road High School in Pike Road, AL.
